yoga can be a wonderful tool to help manage depression and anxiety.
It would appear these conditions are being experienced by more and more people. Depression and Anxiety can be very complex. There is no one cure all. Yoga practices provide a means of understanding the nature of your symptoms at any one time and tools to help manage them. With just a little awareness, knowledge and practice one begins to regain hope. The individual is empowered, self esteem is enhanced and quality of life improves.
Kriya has experienced these conditions herself and as a result has undertaken specialized study in this area and is particularly interested in how one can manage these conditions when both are experienced by the same individual. Often what is recommended for depression can exacerbate anxiety and vice versa. A delicate balance of practices is required but very achievable.
