Hazelbrook Classes are held at the Uniting Church Hall, cnr GWH and Rosedale Ave Hazelbrook
Lawson Classes are held at Lawson Community Preschool, Honour Avenue Lawson
General Classes cater to new and ongoing students. New students will find they learm simple and effective techniques laying sound foundations for yoga practices. Ongoing students will find new depth and subtlety in the practices they revisit as well as widening their experience with new treasures.
There are no separate Prenatal Yoga classes running at the moment, however Kriya is able to safely incorporate you into a general class. Please go to here for more information.
